Community Member, I am praying for you. I have often been there and turn to isolation. I recently found a great church w community. It helps. I don't know if you have community but please please find it if you can. It does wonders and You will see how God restores your mental health w the right community surrounding you. May the Lord guide you to a good MD who can prescribe the best plan for you, maybe an anti-depressant medication, daily exercise and community support to help you move forward.
