Sylvia, I am praying for you
Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I lift up Sylvia's friend, Mike, to you for healing after the loss of his dear wife. Please strengthen him spiritually, mentally, and emotionally during this difficult time. I ask that you surround him with loving and caring family and friends who can offer support and encouragement. May Mike meditate on Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Let Mike pray daily for your divine interventions and blessings as he adjusts his life. He can also meditate on Jeremiah 29:12-13, in which you said, Father God, "Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." In addition, Mike might want to consider joining a grief support group at a local hospital or at a healthcare facility.
