Heavenly Father, I am praying on behalf of Yvonne’s 16-year-old daughter as she prepares for major surgery involving her heart, lungs, and skeletal system on October 5. Please protect her and keep her safe and healthy as she awaits the surgery. Calm any fear or anxiety she may be feeling and surround her and her family with Your peace and comforting presence. Father, please guide the surgeons, doctors, nurses, and everyone involved in her care. Give them wisdom, steady hands, and clear judgment throughout every part of this surgery. Please allow the procedure to be completely successful, protect her from complications, and bring healing and restoration to her body. Lord, please ease her pain following surgery and give her a smooth and rapid recovery. Strengthen her body each day, help her heal completely, and allow her to breathe fully and freely. Please give Yvonne strength and peace as she stays beside her daughter, and help their entire family trust in Your loving care throughout the surgery and recovery. Thank You Father, for who You are—loving, kind, faithful, merciful and gracious. To You be all praise, glory, and honor. In the precious name of Jesus, I pray, Amen.
