ShandiC, I am praying for you
Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, Through your grace, please deliver Danielle, ShandiC's friend, from her abusive husband. I pray that you will give Danielle wisdom about what to do in this dire situation, and let the timing be right. Please surround her with family and friends who will stop by to visit her so her husband can see that she isn't totally isolated. For your wise counsel, Danielle can also meditate on Psalm 32:8, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." May Danielle pray fervently each day. She can meditate on Jeremiah 29:12-13, in which you said, Father God, "Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." May Danielle also focus on Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t fear, because I am with you; don’t be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will surely help you; I will hold you with my righteous strong hand." In addition, I pray, Father God and Lord Jesus, that you will soften the heart of Danielle's husband. Let him have a spiritual awakening soon, stop his abusive behavior, and repent of his sins. More importantly, please strengthen Danielle and lead her to a safe place to live soon through your divine interventions and powers. In Jesus's name, I pray.
