AnitaLee, I am praying for you...Father God, I come humbly along side of my sister in Christ, Anita. Lord, we are praying that you will give wisdom and discernment to our elected leaders. Father I pray we would have wisdom to raise up Godly men and women as leaders who would seek You and love You with all of their with all of their heart, soul, and mind and that they would have the best interests of the people who elected them over their own selfish interests. Lord, I pray that you forgive us...ever since the Tower of Babel man has tried to do things on his own - to be greater than we were created - to control things over which we had no right or ability to control - to assume a place greater than You. Father, forgive us. Give us wisdom at this point to put our trust and faith in You alone and not in some creation that we have crudely cobbled together. Lord, help us remember that what we make with our own hands should be tools for us to use to make things easier not things which we would end up having to work for. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen!
