Yogatree, I am praying for you. I have found them nearly impossible to separate from, because they want to continue their abuse. You are the supply. They don’t want to give you up. I had to remove one and he still tries to send new friend requests. He will change his profile pics to sappy phrases he wants me to read because it’s the only way to “contact me” lol and all the times in the past I gave in and tried to just be friends ended up in harmful conversations that slowed my healing. The best advice I’ve ever heard is to block everywhere you can, sadly I know certain ones are like coworkers or family members that you can’t really get away from always. I will pray for you! I was narc abused for 5 years in my second to last relationship and the relationship I just got out of might also be one, almost every word was a lie and so many secrets and cheating. He just didn’t abuse me verbally like the other ex so I didn’t realize what was happening. May the Lord protect us from known and unknown future narcs.
