Joseph said to his brothers, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” - Genesis 50:20 (NIV)
The word providence speaks of God’s divine care and guidance in our lives. This was certainly true in the life of Joseph whose brothers sorely mistreated him. (See Gen. 37.) But as Joseph reflected on all of his experiences in life, he could clearly see God’s abiding care.
In today’s challenge, I will strive to see God’s blessing for tomorrow.

The role of the prophet is twofold; one, to speak with power and secondly to speak to power. This work on anti-racism does both of those things. The videos, writings and resources are powerful representations of what grace and justice sound like and the orators and writers who approach this work do so with a conviction deeply rooted in gospel. These women and men help us reimagine a prophetic voice in a time such as this. This work is needed.”
