Sign Up TodayNo testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but . . . will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NRSV)
Many people who are trying to comfort someone experiencing tragedy say, “God never gives us more than we can handle.” But this can backfire, making the sufferer feel worse. They may say: “If God is sending me these crises because I’m so strong, then I don’t want to be strong.”...
When life is too hard, God will provide a way through.
