You teach me the way of life. In your presence is total celebration. Beautiful things are always in your right hand. - Psalm 16:11 (CEB)
In my yoga class we practice a self-hug technique: crossed arms placed on the chest, hands on the shoulders to “shelter” the heart. One Saturday morning I started with that posture and had a moment of silent prayer. I felt close to Jesus in that moment of calm.
Holding God’s love in my heart can bring peace to my day.

I join many of those who will pray for you as you seek to discern what you are called to be at this moment. May God grant you the courage to fulfill that calling. May we all open our eyes and see the misery, open our ears and hear the cries of God’s people, and, like God through the Lord Jesus Christ, be incarnate amongst them.”
