In my yoga class we practice a self-hug technique: crossed arms placed on the chest, hands on the shoulders to “shelter” the heart. One Saturday morning I started with that posture and had a moment of silent prayer. I felt close to Jesus in that moment of calm.
Holding God’s love in my heart can bring peace to my day.
