As predicted, the severe thunderstorms had blown through our area with a vengeance; but now the sun shone more radiantly than usual. Yet I felt as broken as the tree limbs I was collecting. The weight of the world pressed on me: concerns over family health issues, finances, fractured relationships....
Today, I will find joy in God’s creation.
