We are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing. - 2 Corinthians 2:15 (NIV)

On my way to church one Sunday morning, I noticed a pleasant scent. I looked up and saw olive flowers in bloom. Each of the small flowers was giving off a gentle aroma. The scent lifted my spirits, and I thanked God for the wonders of creation.

God of creation, thank you for your love. Use each of us as your vessels to fill this world with the aroma of Christ’s presence. Amen.
