The Spirit comes to help our weakness. We don’t know what we should pray, but the Spirit himself pleads our case with unexpressed groans. - Romans 8:26 (CEB)
My wife and I developed the habit of praying together before bed each night. Typically, I pray aloud for our marriage, our children, friends, church, and community, and for other concerns of the day, while my wife prays silently. We have learned that time together in prayer is powerful.
When I cannot pray, the Holy Spirit prays for me.
