Even in these times of uncertainty, God is still with us and we are still beloved.
Still
be still and know that I am God
still
even during a pandemic
still
even through social distance
still
even from under a hazmat suit
still
even when the future is uncertain
still
even with politicians seeking wisdom
still
even in long lines at the grocery stores
still
even amidst the anxious, lonely, and afraid
still
even after canceled shows, weddings, and classes
still
even alongside exhausted doctors, nurses, and parents
still
even among those who are hungry, naked, or imprisoned
still
I am still God
you are still beloved
be still
and know

Praying as you color, or contemplative coloring, is a great practice for calming anxious minds during times like these. Download a free, printable mandala here. Take out your crayons or colored pencils and enjoy some quiet time with God as you color.
I join many of those who will pray for you as you seek to discern what you are called to be at this moment. May God grant you the courage to fulfill that calling. May we all open our eyes and see the misery, open our ears and hear the cries of God’s people, and, like God through the Lord Jesus Christ, be incarnate amongst them.”
