Every Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. we gather to worship in The Upper Room Chapel. We are joined by staff from The Upper Room, United Methodist agencies, and guests from the area and around the world. Central to the work of The Upper Room, this worship and prayer time inspires, uplifts, and encourages us.
We pray when things are good, and we pray with things are hard. When we don’t have words to express our concern for the difficulties in the world, our hearts join together to pray on behalf of the world. All are welcome in this place. If you are ever in the area, we welcome you to join us. (1908 Grand Avenue, Nashville, TN 37212.)

"Discovery Weekend (The Upper Room spiritual formation weekend experience for middle schoolers) is a breath of fresh air for the youth ministry in local churches. I was impressed with the way it invited both spiritual maturity and committed leadership from our older youth as they served. Of course, our younger youth received so much as well."
