Emmaus Ministries is currently in a season of transition, renewal, and shared leadership. As our staffing structure evolves, we want to help Communities clearly understand where to find support, who to contact, and how we can continue strengthening local leadership together.
Beginning August 3, I will transition into a new role with Discipleship Ministries as Director of Children’s and Intergenerational Ministries. It has been a tremendous privilege to serve alongside you through Emmaus Ministries, and I remain deeply grateful for this community and its ministry of grace-filled Christian formation. With this transition, we are searching for a Director of Emmaus Ministries.
As these staffing changes unfold, we are also intentionally strengthening a model that empowers Communities to access resources locally whenever possible. Emmaus has always been rooted in servant leadership, shared responsibility, and community support. One of the healthiest ways we can embody those values is by helping Communities connect first with their local and regional leadership teams.
In many situations, your first point of contact should be your US-based Region Communicator or your non-US-based Regional Leader. These leaders are equipped to support Communities with covenant questions, event preparation, sponsorship guidance, leadership discernment, agape support, and many day-to-day ministry questions.
We also encourage Communities to make full use of the growing library of FAQs, tutorials, and support materials available through Emmaus Ministries. Many common questions can now be answered more quickly through the FAQ resources, including:
Before submitting support requests, we encourage Communities to:
For technical Ministry Manager questions, the Ministry Manager Support team remains available to assist with login problems, access issues, event setup questions, and technical troubleshooting.
For supply orders, billing questions, or shipping support, Communities should continue contacting the Special Services sales team directly.
The International Emmaus Office will continue supporting escalated concerns, policy interpretation, covenant/account questions, and international partnerships when matters cannot be resolved locally.
Most importantly, we want Communities to know this: Emmaus Ministries continues because of faithful local leaders, sponsors, team members, reunion groups, pilgrims, Chrysalis leaders, and volunteers around the world who embody grace-filled Christian community every day.
While systems, staffing, and processes may continue evolving, the heart of Emmaus remains the same:
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, leadership, and ministry during this season of transition. We are grateful for the many ways you continue helping people encounter the grace of God through Emmaus Ministries worldwide.
