Lord, my body is starting to hurt too often and I feel hot inside my body and it’s hard to cool off even indoors. My job requires way too many hours of standing and walking out in the heat. I gotta get through a marching season. Today my throat is starting to hurt too. I don’t want to get sick again. Lord, please have mercy on my health and body. Please give me extra strength. I can’t let my program down. I need to be able to do my job. I feel lazy because I keep needing to sit down due to the pain. Lord, please help me.
