I have no idea...Read More how this will affect my grieving process from being cheated on/break up. I know they say getting busy is good, but I feel like I’m going to be very overwhelmed. I can barely think straight now at my home doing nothing, I can’t imagine needing to focus at work and once I get tired. I’ve already been sick for like 3 weeks and I feel like I will again from no rest. I’m worried for my mental health. I already am seeing only the evils around me, imagine when I get over tired or sick. And my period is due in the middle of all this too. Lord help me.
