We give you thanks for the risen Christ and pray that this sign will be a sign of the coming of a just peace between Ukraine and Russia, the US and Venezuela and Iran and Israel and Palestinians and Lebanon, and for those negotiating for the end of hostilities in Sudan, Myanmar, Haiti, Iran, and elsewhere. Pray for those protecting the poor and oppressed, and for our own efforts for them. Let us give thanks for the release of hostages and and prisoners of war. And we pray for the peace of the Episcopal Dioceses of Venezuela and Columbia and Minnesota and Cuba and for Nepal and for the healing of the rescuers and those being rescued.

I am in need of prayer for guidance, strength and patience in dealing with family issues. I’m also asking for continued prayers for my son in his struggles to get and remain sober. Pray for him to hold on to his job which is so needed to survive.
