I eat when I’m sad and after everything I’ve been through trauma wise it’s been solid stress from a narcissist boss who ruined my career at one sch...Read Moreool, abusive narcissistic ex, getting cheated on by another ex, dad abandoning us and fully being there for another family and their kids and basically rubbing it in our faces asking us to join into activities with them, working 50-80 hours a week, moms health issues and now not being able to work for the last 4 years and me having to pay for everything, my own many health issues, friends/family abandoning me, zero support system, etc. it has been a non stop struggle for 20 years of my 37 years. I just feel like I’ll never have a pleasant life or find a friend or husband. Everything feels dead. It’s so hard to have hope. Lord, fill me with hope and positivity. Amen
