I gained weight and just didn't feel like anything. I stopped praying as well. This morning, I got up at 5am, made a cup of tea and prayed for the first time in weeks. Maybe later I will start to exercise. I just want to say thank you for allowing me this. Baby steps and I will push myself to try.
