Please pray for my own weight loss journey, that I will eat only when truly hungry and not crave to snack. That I will do my exercises every day and for them to strengthen my body.

Please pray for the swelling in my right foot and ankle to go down significantly and quit swelling altogether. Also please pray for my "leaky veins " to be healed without surgery.
