Please pray for my own weight loss journey. That I won't crave to snack or eat whenI'm not that hungry. I am eating healthy foods, my problem is wanting to snack on pepitas at night and I need to stop.

Please pray for my son to find motivation to lose weight before a health crisis forces him to. Help him eat healthy foods and watch his portion control -which he has trouble with- and get exercise.

Please could I have prayers, I have severe depression and anxiety. And am currently bedbound with chronic illnesses, m.e and POTS. I've been getting mental disturbances and severe panic attacks.
