I have been approved by the regional immigration, but the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Bulgaria is stalling. I need my VISA to move quickly so the Los Angeles BUlgarian Consulate can issue my documents and I can fly back and return to my service to the people in my region, where we feed the hungry and spread the Gospel.
