I also include Leland, Christopher’s buddy. His parents have tried to include Leland in many family things and have welcomed him many times to spend weekends with them but he has more problems than they can handle. He is only 9 and must live with his grandmother. His father is in jail and his mother is an addict, Leland cries because he doesn’t want to end up like his father.
