I could be asking for this seemingly insignificant thing that if You provided it, something else would cripple and I might know or understand. But even with all this wisdom, somehow it has such a hard time seeping into our being. Into our hearts. Our hearts are so stubborn. We are so limited in our view and understanding of life that something that looks good could ruin us. Example, those that win the lottery and their whole life is ruined. I am doing my best to balance everything, but I need Your help for me to stay healthy and for my pain to be reasonable. I keep hearing You want me to work for You, and I notice You sent me many students recently to help. Maybe that’s what You’re asking for in this time. I need help to grow my relationship with You. I need Your mercy. Please heal what I’ve experienced and take away the pain and frustration and bitterness it’s caused. Thank You for understanding how to minister to me. Thank You for letting me come across a message about exhaustion when I am. When it’s hard to be all about You when I’m just barely making it through each day.
