We continued to homeschool our youngest son for four more years through 8^th grade. In 2023 he chose to enroll in a public hybrid high school and has transitioned beautifully. I thought I was retiring from teaching and was sad this path had come to an end. But as God has taught me before, it was just the beginning of new adventures. 

I began teaching watercolor at that same castle we had toured together years before. And another unexpected opportunity to teach fine arts to homeschool children at a classical school came my way. Now I’m teaching at both locations when I’m not driving our youngest around to his classes and growing grey hair watching him fly gliders. He dreams of becoming a missionary pilot.
