Paul wrote, “I thank my God every time I remember you.” - Philippians 1:3 (NIV)
“I know you! I remember when you were my fifth-grade teacher!” The young woman smiled. “What do you remember?” I asked. “The time we made lunch for our parents. We figured out a healthy menu and how much the food would cost. You even taught us table manners.”
The impression I make on others should reflect my relationship with Jesus.
Respond by posting a prayer.
Our resolve must be different. My prayer is that we have finally reached a tipping point. My hope is that when the protests fade and the marches slow that our will as a church to truly eradicate the scourge of racism won’t dissipate but grows even stronger.”
