Recently I read a report claiming that getting up an hour early, taking things slowly, and having a good breakfast is the best way to begin the day. Starting the day in a rush can cause stress levels to rise.
I find that spending time with God in the morning...

O timeless God, thank you that our days can begin with you, continue with you, and end with you. Amen.
