While they were stoning him, Stephen . . . fell on
his knees and cried out, “Lord, do not
hold this sin against them.” - Acts 7:59-60 (NIV)

I spent my youth feeling angry and bitter. When I was 30, my marriage was falling apart. In the midst of that pain, I discovered the Bible. I came to believe that through Christ my sins could be forgiven. What relief! What joy! And yet I struggled to forgive others....

Today's Prayer
All-forgiving God, free us from guilt and bitterness so that we may rest in your grace. Amen.

Prayer Focus

Someone I’m struggling to forgive

Respond by posting a prayer.
