Throughout scripture, God’s covenant love for humankind is consistently affirmed. In First Corinthians, Paul proclaims that love never ends. The psalmist assures us of God’s care for us from birth, a constant rock and refuge, our hope and our trust. Luke records the words of Jesus in the Nazareth synagogue that proclaim the wideness of God’s mercy and love for all people. God continues to call us to remember that love never ends.
