Please pray for my own weight loss journey. That I will eat healthy today and not want or crave to eat when I am not truly hungry. Help me to do good this week.

Please pray for my son to keep motivation to lose weight before a health crisis forces him to. Help him to eat healthy food and watch his portion control and continue to go to the gym he just joined and get exercise and lose weight.

I’m asking for prayer for my church Christ Community Methodist we are only 10 people and at 62 I one of the youngest. Please pray we grow and have the joy of leading children to Jesus
