My mothers physical and mental health. She is suffering immensely. It’s affecting me because she has no energy and is always sad or mad or stressed and she’s my only support system right now trying to go through my own heartbreak from having been lie...Read Mored to and cheated on by my ex. The family unit we had created is gone and my mom is suffering from my situation on top of her own physical health and a narcissist who abuses her over the phone daily and she won’t cut them off. She’s been taking her stress out on me and it’s making it hard for me to find a safe place mentally. I have no safe space to relax.
