“Where the world meets to pray” has been the tagline for The Upper Room daily devotional for many years because the devotional is available in more than 30 languages and in over 100 countries. It unites readers every day through prayer, reflection, and scripture. Since our mission is to help people connect with God and neighbor, bearing one another’s burdens, we offer The Upper Room Prayer Wall. Each month, more than 7,500 prayer requests are posted and prayed for on the prayer wall. We are able to offer this special place of prayer due to the generosity of our donors and the dozens of volunteers who pray for each request by name and need.

The Upper Room Chapel also serves as a special place of prayer and community and is celebrating 70 years of ministry in 2023. As a thank-you gift to our visitors and donors, we have created an interpretation video of the “Last Supper” woodcarving, the focal point of the chapel, and Prayer Practices for Disciples, a free PDF to download and use in prayer.
